Vesperia takes place on the planet Terca Lumireis. The people of Terca Lumireis have come to rely on "blastia", an ancient civilization's technology with a wide array of capabilities, such as providing water, powering ships, or creating barriers around major cities and towns to protect them from monsters. The Imperial Knights and Guild members also use "bodhi blastia" to enhance their abilities in combat. The blastia, created by the elf-like Krityans, are fueled by a substance called "aer" that lends its power to the blastia's ability, but can be fatal to humans in large concentrations.
Tekken 7 (鉄拳7?) is a fighting game currently in beta stage,[3][4] developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment as the ninth installment in the Tekken series. The game is the first in the series to make use of the Unreal Engine. Tekken 7 had a limited arcade release in Japan on February 18, 2015, followed by another unfinished release on March 18, 2015.[5][6] It is scheduled to be released for PlayStation 4 and is also designed to be functional with the upcoming PlayStation VR system.[7] An arcade update title, Tekken 7 Fated Retribution (鉄拳7フェイテドレトリビューション Tekken 7 Feitedo Retoribyūshon?) was announced on December 12, 2015. It will feature an expanded content including new stages, costumes, items, and characters.[8]
Borderlands includes character-building elements found in role-playing games, leading to Gearbox calling the game a "role-playing shooter". At the start of the game, players select one of four characters, each with a unique special skill and with proficiencies with certain weapons. The four characters are: Roland the Soldier, Mordecai the Hunter, Lilith the Siren, and Brick (a Berserker) "as himself". From then on, players take on quests assigned through non-player characters or from bounty boards, each typically rewarding the player with experience points, money, and sometimes a reward item. Players earn experience by killing foes and completing in-game challenges (such as getting a certain number of kills using a specific type of weapon). As they gain levels from experience growth, players can then allocate skill points into a skill tree that features three distinct specializations of the base character; for example, Mordecai can become specialized in sniping, gunslinging with revolvers, or using his pet Bloodwing to assist in kills and health boosting. Players can distribute points among any of the specializations, and can also spend a small amount of in-game money to redistribute their skill points.
